Day Two:
Making the Connections is designed primarily for educators. Each participant will receive...

* The Making the Connections textbook and participant guide
* Rights to copy the Biblical Worldview Integration Planner for individual personal use
* Hands-on training with instructors
* Step-by-step instruction
* Sample lesson plans
* Guided practice

Financial Matters: The cost for the 12-hour, combined workshop is $30.00 per participant for the Think Again! portion, and $30.00 per participant for the Making the Connections portion, with a minimum of 30 participants in each portion. If less than 30 participate, the cost for the Think Again! portion is a flat $1250, which also includes a $350.00 instructor fee, and the cost for the Making the Connections portion is a flat $1250, which also includes a $350.00 instructor fee. If a group has 50 or more participants, the cost for each workshop is $30.00 per participant and the $350.00 instructor fee is waived. To keep individual school costs down, schools with less than 30 participants are encouraged to join together with another local school, or several schools, if so desired. In addition, the host school provides round trip transportation for the instructor. If the host school is located more than 200 miles from Seattle, air tickets may be required. The host school may purchase tickets directly, or reimburse The Biblical Worldview Institute for tickets purchased for the speaker. Please let us know your preference at least 30 days prior to the workshop. If the instructor drives, reimbursement is 44.5 cents per mile, round trip. Accommodations for the instructor are to be provided if the site is more than 100 miles from Seattle. Schedule: Schools desiring the 12-hour format may consider a daytime session for teachers only, with two consecutive evening sessions for teachers, parents, upper-level students, and the wider community. Other formats are possible. Credit: Upon completion of both workshops, each participant will earn 2 Bible CEUs through ACSI. Participants desiring to earn 2 college credits through SPU (Seattle Pacific University), will be charged an additional fee (currently $134), payable to Seattle Pacific University. Registration for SPU credit will be handled by the instructor on the day of the workshop. No prior registration is necessary. No minimum number of SPU registrations is required.
